Literally nothing is a pro at this disaster of an organization.

Cons

Owners have no idea what they're doing. Saturday work is a given, always. The commission structure is not shared or transparent and extremely sketchy. The owners only care about the bottom line.

They hire you and get rid of you to save money and keep the lower paid employees. IF you are in anything other than sales dont waste your time here. No growth

Pros

FFF. A beautiful thing. Hours weren’t bad, standard office 9-5 biz. No clock in and out system. Simply show up on time.

Cons

They have a tendency to hire for a position, then attempt moving you into another. They like to cross train, which isn’t bad. If you let you though, they’ll move you into a position you probably won’t like because they are short staffed and have a hard time hiring and keeping.
