      On time Salary and some really good colleagues like every Org.

      Cons

      Everything is out of sync. Need to work on a clear Roadmap. Many Seniors are in Top Management and are here since the inception of the company. Lack of transparency and too much micro management. You need to be in good books to survive and if you are up front and speaking truth the your days are limited. DM, PMs, Leads are the gems of industry. Please read all the T&C before joining. Understand Salary and Time Structure.
