      Pros

      -Free Bowling -Discounted food and drinks -Employee Training -Management Team are top-notch; really encouraging and open

      Cons

      -Workload is huge from November thru to Early January, with not nearly enough hours available rest of the year, apart from that I couldn't ask for a better job after months of unemployment

      Pros

      Fun supportive workplace where staff input and innovation was heavily encouraged through regular reward and recognition nights, competitions and feedback systems. Very inclusive work space with lots of space to grow.

      Cons

      Weekends get pretty hectic, and the current setup of mostly casuals rostered on with a few part time/full time managers puts a strain on rostering at times.
