      Unethical management and pathetic managers

      Pros

      Work flexibility, good colleagues behavioral wise, you can explore anything of your choice but on your own as Managers misguide or busy playing politics or transfering talent on web. Good technology to work though company is not upto date.

      Cons

      Unethical management. No salaries on time and don't pay to people who have left. No dues paid unless you go legal as management is shameless. CEO treats employees as if they are labours of his real estate business. Managers play divide and rule policies. Managers can't get job out so they keep fooling management and there teams. CEO threatens people and is not ashamed of lying.

      Great learning experience but Very very very very...... Fool Management

      1. Great learning experience. 2. Good team-mates and between employee level very less politics. 3. Good product

      Cons

      Management should deserve "Negative" rating 1. No salary on time. 2. No Dues and Full and Final settlement amount on time. (Since more than 2 years after reliving not get any money) 3. CEO have no vision and no goals about company. He work like part time job. Treat employee as Labour. (CEO should not be directly interfere with employee) 4. Managers play lots of politics while appraisals. 5. No HR policies. 6. No proper process. 7. No training to employee.

      Average company not so good for long run.

      Pros

      Good place to learn basics of WLAN, but the quality of work is limited not much of scope improvement over the period of time

      Cons

      company has 2 years bond, no perks, no team lunch/dinner, management is not so good, the company doesn't stick to MNC policies at all. they make their own rules as per their convenience
