The pace of work at S3 is very good. As compared to acute-care setting where there's shift work exhaustion of OT. This place has a nice, standard weekday work-life balance. There is a lot more engagement with management and peers are more motivated to strive as a team to accomplish team goals. It was a dead town before new thrust of life came into S3. Staff who did not care for a more motivated and high impact environment decided to leave and perhaps for the better as they were easily disgruntled and non-motivated. Renewal of workplace goals brought in fresh energy, teamwork and invigoration. Got good benefits too. Locum staff also appreciate the work environment at S3.
Cons
There were narrow-minded and uncooperative staff who had caused quality of service to fall at S3.
