Pros

Bright office, free snacks, some of the coolest coworkers (all of whom have now left)

Cons

The definition of a company that overworks, underpays, and underappreciates employees. There's a reason why the digital department is practically unrecognizable from last year — we all realized we could be treated MUCH better elsewhere.

Pros

Majority of the people who work here are great and fun to be around and very helpful/team oriented. A good place to start if you’re right out of college and need experience.

Cons

Like stated above, it’s a good place to start if you’re right out of college. But beyond that, there’s not much room for growth. They don’t really care about your career growth, just how much work they can get out of you for the least money possible. Especially if you’re female. Very little respect is given unless you’ve been with the company 10+ years. You basically have to sell your soul to the devil in order to get acknowledged for the hard work you do. My manager/director made me cry (unnecessarily) several times and didn’t actually care about fostering relationships with their team. They enjoyed making their team fear them and relied on that to manage. There are many great employees here and it makes me sad to see them stuck in a company who truly doesn’t care about them. Almost everyone is overworked and underappreciated. They don’t listen or pay attention when their employees clearly aren’t happy. It’s why at least 20 people have left in the past 6 months - not because of “the great resignation”. They weren’t happy and, with leadership who doesn’t care, finally chose to do something about it. They view their employees like robots, not humans. Was told that we aren’t allowed to say that “we’re busy” unless we’re working past 8pm every day. And they pay on the lower end of the marketing pay grade, might I add. You will work so hard and produce great results, only to be told what you did wrong and how you don’t take pride in your work. Overall, a toxic work environment that, while I’m sure varies by department, starts at the top with leadership. Very, very little respect is given and they lead with fear rather than trust and understanding.

Pros

- Good place to work right out of college - One work from home day a week - People

Cons

- I wished any of the pros were able to outweigh the cons but it simply isn't going to happen - Several members of middle level / high level managers made me cry and felt no remorse for it, at the time, had no HR person to go to - They did not care about you as a person, you are a warm body in a desk who is EXTREMELY underpaid - Will play favorites at the risk of a whole department not working to the best of their abilities - They hire on client after client without the actual correct amount of people to do the work that promised said client which leads to people burning out QUICKLY and leaving and then others are left to do double the amount of work which is no ones fault but MANAGEMENTS. - Work on the cheapest computers, laptop will burn my skin - Terrible communication from management
