      Pros

      If you don't have consulting experience, here is a place to get it. There used to be verticals were you could avoid bad management

      Cons

      It just seemed like any strong leaders left and the folks still there are powerless. They hire strategic consultants and treat them like staff aug folks. Most people are nice but some are two-faced/insincere -- backstabbers all over You will be underpaid -- go to any of the bigger firms for $$ and brand recognition

      Noble effort for a startup that would inevitably end up someone's acquisition

      Pros

      For newbies, great place to try on leaders in technology and practice skills while building your resume. Great effort made to attract and retain unquestionably talented consultants with Thirdlys, workshops at the Bellevue office, and endless opportunities to collaborate with other consultants. Having the Bellevue office as an open and available workspace when benched was also a plus.

      Cons

      For seasoned professionals, a frustrating waste of time and energy training the executive team in the basics of managing a growing business. The entrance of venture capitalists around 2016 was a sure indication of the eventual change in executive management and inevitable acquisition or sell off, but the then executive team was obviously clueless.
