Fun employees. Some freedom with you schedule.
Cons
1000 yes 1000 miles/week on the car. Cold calling. No leads. No benefits. Not much income. Boys club. If your not in the inner circle, forget it. The company is living in the past, doing things that worked 15 years ago and they won’t change. No training. Just riding around with another agent that may or may not want to teach you anything. Tons of expenses. Huge turnover. Two years and I saw over 50 different agents come and go.
