      Pros

      Strong is the best hospital in the area in many respects, if I had a medical emergency it's where i'd want to be

      Cons

      Poor Pay, Poor Management and delegation, they live off of their name to draw people in for employment. I worked there for a year and rarely did my actual job due to delegation and poor management.
