- Solid foundation with a talented team - Cares about customer's and employee's welfare - Company direction is not only decided from the top, but all employees are able to give input - Opportunity for employees to shine on their own merits, while still being a team that works together - Training is available and encouraged to further the knowledge and ability of employees - Compensation and benefits are good for the area
Cons
- Has lacked direction over the years, but has had a renewed focus and increased in maturity in the last year and is keeping with this trend - There can be a ceiling with some positions, simply due to the size of the company, however, they are open to new ideas, which has opened up new positions and opportunities over the last few years - In the past, CEO whim would change the business process overnight and felt like a hamster wheel at times, however, recent changes have been focused mainly on specific goals, more consistency with clients, better data in systems, and maturation of both people and company as a whole
