Some of the people are great.

Cons

There are people who are stealing from the company's profit in a smart way. I found out about this and tried to expose it. Got retaliated against. Not sure how high up the chain of who was involved and aware.

Discrimination, Favoritism, and nepotism! Relatives and employees in the "relative click"are assigned the best projects and work full-time hours. Dispatche doesn't rotate employees, or pick the crews. Superintendent assigned to projects tells dispatch who they want. Lie to employees calling in for project assignments,, telling them "nothing available" bla bla! But they have hiring opportunities posted on FB, indeed, glassdoor, and on the company's website currently! Travel is extensive, miss many family events and holidays.
