Great for working part-time In a low committal role, loved my fellow co-teachers, admin was flexible with a part time schedule, families were awesome, facilities and outdoor playgrounds were great compared to other child care centers, pay was decent

Cons

Normalized to skip breaks, lacking an effective and efficient communication system amongst the many admin personnel - miscommunication between admin and teachers happen often, high turnover
