      Pros

      Great place to learn it all. If you want to hand your hand in many cookie jars this is the place to do it.

      Cons

      Senior employees control the culture and enjoy the status quo. Their vitriol of anything that bucks the system is met with toxic behavior (talking behind people's backs, not giving clear feedback, not communicating expectations, giving up on people).
