Pros

A small company that was trying to expand into 2nd shift. Had a lot of potential, but the timing was still in the thick of the pandemic so it didn't pan out.

Cons

There is not any con work-wise, just that the business didn't pick up back then and they had to eliminate the 2nd shift.

Pros

Plenty of work to keep you busy, easy advancement for those who prove to be knowledgeable or dedicated, plenty of opportunities to make overtime or pick up some extra work on the weekends. People on the production floor are generally helpful and are willing to work with you.

Cons

Little to no training available for my position, abysmal communication from management, talking out of both sides of mouths to employees, new hires were compensated at a higher level which caused friction on the floor when existing employees found out new people were coming in at a higher rate, absolutely INSANE turnover level on production floor. Only about 1/3rd of the staff had worked there for more than 6 months or so.
