Management at this plant is completely incompetent. I worked for the company for less than 3 years and in that time, they went through 4 engineers and they only keep 6 on staff at any one time. Upper managememt did not want to invest in capital expenditures at this plant at the expense of enployee safety and OSHA regulations. I caution anyone from an operator level to executive staff from looking at possible employment at this company. Also, for possible vendors, the entire company works off of 90-day payment terms and they have declared bankrupty twice in the past 9 years. The company was previously knon as Exide Technologies before their last bankruptcy in 2020. Several highly critical vendors quit doing business with us at my time at this company because they did not receive payment even within the agreed upon terms. The resulting responsibilities fell upon the local plant staff, which were highly unequippped to take on the extra work load. I do not recommend doing business with Stryten in Kansas City or the company as a whole.

Management, lack of communication, lack of hazard training, lack of accountability, lack of any sort of understanding of what your having your employees do. You don't hold your business to the high standards you are trying to hold your employees too.
