The benefits are good and there is some flexibility with the schedule. My direct report is good to work for.
Cons
Upper Management is totally focused on current gross profit rather than long term growth.

Pros
The atmosphere is great, technicians have a close relationship and are always prepared to help each other out, as well as share tips and work together when others need
Cons
Management seems to attempt to pay the lowest possible amount, but expect work to be produced like they are paying triple what they pay. Constantly raising rates, or increasing goals while decreasing or even taking away bonuses all together. Managers question why morale gets low after handing out pay cuts, just to hire less experienced personnel at higher pay rates
