As communicated in our recent strategy presentation we are also committed to everyone’s well being. We have a bullying policy and implore anyone to report any aspect of bullying occurring in the workplace pursuant to that policy as identified in the employee handbook. If you would like to share more about your experiences with management we would appreciate if you could find the time to sit down and communicate this.

Cons

There isn’t any really, it’s a brilliant place to work and I genuinely enjoy being part of the Studco team. If you're not into hard work, you may find the pace a struggle.
