A con is that there were no substitute worker for situations where you may not be able to work. You will still be expected to show up to work if you are injured or sick

Hands on project management, sales, marketing, estimating, and entrepreneurship training. Managers will invest their time in you if you are giving equal effort to better your business.

Cons

Extremely hard to make ends meet at first. You are learning the tremendous difficulties of running your own small business as a young college student. You really earn your battle stripes with this job.

Pros

The culture is upbeat and positive. They give enough training and guidance so you aren't thrown to the wolves. Pay is great for a college student's summer.

Cons

Work/life balance is a little heavy on the work side. This isn't. A normal 9/5 job. You WILL have to put the time in to get out the money and the useful experience.
