Pros

Offers professional development, felt like I was working with a family, room to grow, startup environment if that's your cup of tea

Cons

Sometimes the clients can be picky, and cleaning can be exhausting, but it's worth it for the culture.

Pros

I have been working for the Pensacola location for about a month, so my insight is limited. I have had more difficult jobs but this is great for students. They will work with your schedule, communication is highly encouraged among coworkers and with supervisors/"higher-ups," employees are valued and encouraged to share their concerns and questions. Everyone seems to get along well. I didn't have to buy my own supplies as I read in another review.

Cons

It's not a glamorous job but I would hardly call that a con since it's a given. Since the company is kinda sorta fairly new there are hiccups with training and everyone being on the same page, but as far as I can see that is being addressed.
