      Seriously, the worst managed company I have worked at. This company is over 20 years old, yet they act as if they're in startup mode. Turnover is extremely high, with people leaving after one year constantly. I immediately regretted starting at this company, and after 3 months was already looking for a new job. A higher up in the company is completely incompetent and makes inappropriate sexual comments to female employees. The top dog refuses to listen to his employees, and will only run with old and archaic ideas. The micromanagement is out of control. Plans will be established one week, and forgotten the next. This company is a joke! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Spc card is failing as a whole with the invention of the internet, and management has no idea how to rectify the issue. You will be underpaid, and under appreciated for your services. Stay away!

      Pros

      The culture is beyond amazing! Everybody is very helpful and fun to work with. Made some great friends here. You’ll also get to work on tons of cool projects Your manager will take the time to get to know you properly and make sure you have everything you need to do your job.

      Cons

      Workload can get pretty heavy at times due to tight deadlines. For certain projects, a lot of time gets wasted on revisions.

      To anyone reading these reviews, don’t believe one single positive review on this site, upper management is known for salting this site with fake positive reviews.

      Cons

      - Hostile, unempathetic culture from senior leadership - "sink or swim" mentality - No proper training, onboarding, or education is given to new hires. You are expected to deliver immediately without much support. - Management severely lacks leadership skills and qualities. People with leadership qualities are not recognized. - High turnover. Good people generally leave within 12 months. - Poor product quality - the App and website are very unstable and clients are generally unhappy about missing features or functionalities - Poor structure - many employees are not very clear on their roles and therefore aren't held accountable when issues arise - Internal "product" folks don't actually know the the product due to lack of training
