      Great Start-up Culture

      Pros

      - incredibly great and healthy culture - excellent work life balance - management is supportive of new ideas - good overall perks and benefits - diversity across employees - job security

      Cons

      Wearing multiple hats (the need to take on roles and tasks outside of your main expertise) was somewhat problematic in the past, but the company greatly improved in this area. Salary, while indeed competitive, could be higher.

      - Interesting work - Working with talented people from all over the world - Really helpful colleagues - A "can-do" atmosphere - Flexible working, including working from home - Great socials (the summer social was a river cruise from Potsdam with delicious buffet lunch)

      Cons

      I've been with 3T for 6 months and so far, I can't think of any.
