Pros

Studio Center has a very fast-paced environment where creativity and collaboration are truly valued. NO NEGATIVITY policy is great...anyone with a bad attitude or who is lazy gets weeded out quickly. We work hard and play hard! Room for advancement if you go above and beyond. Good pay and health, dental, PTO, IRA, incentives!

Cons

Sometimes I'm so busy my desk is a mess...is that a con??

Pros

Amazing coworkers, wealth of knowledge from creative department heads and seasoned employees, high quality equipment, values high quality production, willingness to train from supervisors, “Strive for perfection, settle for greatness”

Cons

Management and posse are extremely unprofessional within the company, superficial “benefits”/“culture” (frequent parties/free lunches), little to no raises, mandatory 1hr. lunch even though most days you work through your break, self centered sales dept., unpaid weekend work
