Decent pay and remote work, but that’s about it

Pros

Remote work, decent pay, and some good staff that are well intentioned.

Cons

Read all the reviews. Don’t work here. They want to make more money by squeezing the labor they have. Benefits are subpar, and I’m being kind in that assessment.

Pros

Once in a very blue moon, you'll work on something awesome. Hopefully, it involves Bobby.

Cons

-The leadership lacks accountability for its toxic environment. -When things are bad for the company, they will ask you to take a pay cut. -Stu and Joe's feedback has little to do with encouraging you to make good content and everything to do with fear. -Joe's micro-aggressions towards Latino employees. -Stu's erratic tantrums with little regard for HR issues since he is HR. -If you respond to any of their condensing comments or nasty digs prepare to be gaslit. -Whether your account is a success or failure, you can still be let go at any moment.
