-Salary below the rest of the industry -Employee turnover to make your head spin -A woman who was my senior was paid the same as me -Management has no idea how to manage people, they demotivate, threaten and gaslight -They keep pestering employees to put up positive reviews of the company on glassdoor etc

The directors do not defend their own team out of fear for upsetting the client. This results in the team taking the punches when the directors should be defending their employees for design decisions the directors initially make. I have seen directors push for ideas / tech from their team but when the client decides they don’t like the result the directors quickly retreat and let the blame fall to their own workers. Perhaps this is down to the apparent 'flat structure' but instead this means the directors do not take accountability for their own mistakes. I witnessed hard working employees quietly removed from the studio or pressured into leaving when the client has expressed a disinterest in them.
