- some of the people you work with are genuinely kind, hard working and supportive - staff discount is generous -flexible start/finish times

Cons

- management are toxic especially more so since Fraser take over. No consideration of staff well-being or mental health , trading director is nasty and rude. - workload ever growing and no staff, unable to fill those that are leaving - empty promises and removing any staff perks, no longer can buy additional holidays, forced staff to work 4 days in office despite hiring staff over lockdown saying remote/hybrid - underpaid and undervalued. Don’t expect any support or gratitude. Do not trust staff to do their job. - systems and processes are so ancient it is too manual to get any reports etc - communication is poor between teams and from management

Management - Toxic bullies, think its ok to tell people they are rubbish at their jobs (when evidently they are not). Category managers - Exactly the same - history of bullying, micro managing within an inch of their lives. Promised staff to help on the team (that's expanding) never given and expected to pull it all out the bag. You are expected to work over time for free constantly. Think its ok to make people feel bad for taking their holidays. - Perks are now being taken off the staff. management have no respect for current staff still being made redundant. They cant even sort their payroll out since making them all redundant. - so if your wage is wrong due to their error you are waiting another month to have this rectified!

It was a great company to work for until the Frasers take over.

Cons

Where to start…. Micro managers, toxic, bullies are just a few choice words. Your face won’t fit here unless you pride yourself on the above - all morals must go out the window working here. JFDI - worst acronym around but this gets thrown around the office a lot, even if it means working till midnight and beyond! Don’t even think of booking a doctors appointment and want to leave 30mins early - your wage will be docked!
