- some of the people you work with are genuinely kind, hard working and supportive - staff discount is generous -flexible start/finish times
Cons
- management are toxic especially more so since Fraser take over. No consideration of staff well-being or mental health , trading director is nasty and rude. - workload ever growing and no staff, unable to fill those that are leaving - empty promises and removing any staff perks, no longer can buy additional holidays, forced staff to work 4 days in office despite hiring staff over lockdown saying remote/hybrid - underpaid and undervalued. Don’t expect any support or gratitude. Do not trust staff to do their job. - systems and processes are so ancient it is too manual to get any reports etc - communication is poor between teams and from management
