      Pros

      The work is exciting and often involves leveraging new tech, allowing one to keep up to date with the latest systems in UE5. Additionally, there is a healthy atmosphere where it seems everyone on the team is passionate about what they do and happy to help one another.

      Cons

      Relatively often there seems to be a good bit of crunching required to meet deadlines.

      Pros

      Some very talented people to work with, the leadership is great for people that have experience as they leave you to do your work without a lot of interference meetings etc.

      Cons

      If you aren't as experienced I could see working here being a bit of a whirlwind experience, its very fast paced and things happen about 50% faster then my experience at other studios, this can result it some missed bugs and quality, but they ship games and add-ons consistently.
