Pros
- Fantastic work environment - Constant support of the management to learn new things - Flexible working hours as long as you get the work done Worked here as an Android developer for more than two years and got to learn a lot of new things. UI, code optimisation, understanding user psychology and building the app with those insight was real fun!
Cons
Small team so have to resolve a lot of doubts yourself. Don't know if that's a con as because of the same reason was able to learn so much
