Cons

- Deeply toxic culture rooted in seniority, not merit. -Management operates on fear, ego, and control not leadership. -No respect for work-life balance or basic human dignity. -Feedback is unwelcome unless you're blindly agreeing. -High turnover, low morale, zero accountability.

Located in Bintaro, the traffic is not bad, near the train station, mall, etc., free parking & lunch

Cons

The CEO is too moody and sometimes irrational also not professional, involving his personal feeling and life, hard to communicate with and unclear organization & career path also everyone has really wide responsibility

Never consider this place to work. It’s very toxic, starting from the CEO. As you can see, there are already many bad reviews about this company, and at first, I didn’t really believe them—until I experienced it myself. The environment is full of gossip, the management is toxic, and you’ll constantly feel anxious going to work. Every day you have to deal with your boss’s unpredictable mood and unexpected situations.
