The people in the office were incredible - sadly most have been let go due to aggressive downsizing

New management from Canada doesn’t seem personally invested in the employees - and gladly lies or distorts the reality of the financial situation to pump out work from employees before letting them go. Aggressive, North-American style management with a low European Pay structure

- International team - people from different background - amazing teammates

Cons

- people keep getting fired - company losing money for 2-3 years - improving and growing is not possible as you will only fix things or implement ideas that are not discussed with you - company focused on making money and does not care about employees at all
