I love working at Suazio. What I like the most is the environment that has been created. We are a family. You can be yourself, without worrying about your image and appearance. The atmosphere is always chilled, easy going, informal, respectful, professional and cosy. Everybody is valued and you always have the support of your colleagues. There is no “talking behind each other’s back”, and nobody is ever trying to “stab you in the back”. There is no jealousy or envy, we are all rowing in the same direction. What makes Suazio unique are two sides of the same coin: on one hand you feel part of a small and united family, on the other hand you are still exposed to many different cultures, as we work in an international and diverse company, When you go to the office, you feel safe and comfortable, yet Suazio didn’t become a “comfort zone” as the work is still challenging, motivating and diverse.
