      Can do attitude - insidious platitudes.

      Pros

      Great onboarding, attractively positive staff culture, mostly open and frequent discussion maintained a steady business.

      Cons

      Kitchen staff without overtime pay, repeatedly asked to work beyond their contracts without pay or reasonable equivalent. Expedient management practices. Small business with little room for career development, excessive micromanagement.

      Pros

      Awesome products, enthusiastic staff, small company feel although steady growth and some modern working practices. Nice office working environment with free brekkie and beers on friday.

      Cons

      Can be quite political and siloed. Head Office not always in tune with Regional Offices. Products seem to take ages to get updated and improved. Supposed to be releasing Cloud products which is exciting but has been chaotic and therefore delayed
