- Exciting environment where you work on great projects - Fantastic group of people, there is no tension between departments or employees - Very supportive group of people if you need help or are struggling with something - Employees can easily become friends - Great work is produced
Cons
- Management can be very disconnected form regular employees - Terrible communication - Organizationally needs a lot of improvement - Decision-making very questionable sometimes - Office could be spruced up to show more care for employees
