Pros
This company promotes growth from within. There are several people right now (male and female) that have rose through the ranks. I feel like this company is very flexible with the schedules, making it so we do not have to take PTO for doctors appointment, school functions, etc., therefore creating a good work, life balance. We have employees that have been here less then a year up to 20 years, so I do not believe that turnover is an issue. Just like all companies, you hire people by what is on paper and it does not always prove to be a good fit. This company listens to the employees and have changed processes and the way they communicate based on the feedback of the employees. Employees are treated like family and respected as so. The expectation of the company as with all companies is for the work to be completed.
