      During my time at Substrata I worked with amazing people.

      Cons

      The biggest problem is the CEO. He is not a people person and should not be managing people. Colleagues began to dread their scheduled 1 on 1's and began recording them secretly for protection, including myself. Numerous employees had their mental health tanked after working here. Besides the CEO being a terrible person he is a terrible business operator. Substrata is a revolving door for employees whether they leave on their own or are fired. I'm honestly surprised they are still in business given their sales. IGNORE the previous reviews, they're planted. If you need a gig, take this one while actively interviewing elsewhere because the business and working environment suck.
