Easy job to learn, good location, great coworkers, laid back environment.
Cons
Shared workspaces that may or may not be replenished and organized by the last person who used it, but don't count on it if it was a manager. Completely disorganized and horrible inventory management. Constantly ran out of product that we wouldn't get a shipment of for months because they couldn't keep proper track of how many units we actually had. Dirty and dusty, horrible environment to pack makeup that is constantly exposed (without lid) to dust and grime. Management will pretend to listen to concerns and do nothing about it, as well as blame others for their mistakes and pretend they did nothing wrong when called out on it. Lack of concrete direction from management, constantly had to plant ideas and solutions to problems in their heads so they think they came up with them because they wouldn't listen otherwise. There were only 2 managers and the CEO, and all 3 would constantly be gone hours away when employees were working and needed assistance. And since there were only 2 managers, lower management was constantly given tasks and in meetings that would make it almost impossible to get their assistance.
