      Cons

      Horrible management team. A lot of hours for low pay. Management team will change pay plan at the drop of a hat and it won't be in the employees favor. Poor work environment and a bunch of negative people. Really awful company to work for. Very poor work life balance. I don't recommend for anyone to work for this company.

      None that I can tell you about..they are not a company that is family oriented at all the only family that matters is the fishers ...

      Cons

      You are only numbers to them ..they pack you to death service bills are out of control...and management never sold cars
