      Literally nothing to write here.

      1. The management is very unprofessional. 2. The management thinks harassing employees is a good way to save on cost. 3. Quality people are hired and fired on a monthly basis. 4. No concept of employee benefits. 5. Salary structure told before hiring is completely different from the real salary paid. 6. Salary paid, is of course, PEANUTS 7. You are expected to work even from home after working hours. 8. Unrealistic targets are set. 9. A job that even a 10th pass can do. 10. Absolutely senseless management with no understanding of how to deal with employees. If you want to ruin your career, please go ahead and join this company.

      Pros

      None, the company is exploiting the employees like the Indians were exploited by britishers.

      Cons

      The management is a complete fraud, these people are just exploiting the employees. They withhold the salaries for months without giving us the salaries. They blackmail us that we could not leave our job, if we try to quit they do not pay us our due salaries and they keep changing the company policies to suits their autocracies.

      We should apologies if you didn't like something here in your 8 months of tenure. Fraud is such a big word to use as your salary was always on time, proper leave calculation, got advance money twice in the short span of time. Considering all these facts, you just tell us when Success Pact hold your salary (in which month), what was the blackmailing content and your dues which you didn't get paid by us. We just followed the documents which you signed and there was nothing like exploiting / autocracies / arrogance, you demand an early relieving and we followed company notice period policy. We welcome your raised voice and open to clear the dues if there was any miscalculation. Please connect authorities and come with your appointment letter of Success Pact.

      1. Worst Management 2. Managers are too rude 3. Worst work life balance 4. Mental torchers 5. Jealous co-workers 6. No incentives/ hike 7. Firing an employee without a reason 8. Usage of Abusive Language 9. Cheaters 10. The Employee at Bangalore Office are forced to stay back till 11:30 p.m in the office.
