Maybe if the 80+ year old “CEO” cared more about his company and not funneling money into a federal lawsuit, he would have hired someone who didn’t bankrupt multiple previous companies and was well on his way to bankrupting this one too. Hard to care when you’re being paid pennies. The individuals here were some of the most resourceful, hard working employees who worked WAY too hard for what they’re making. Most of them are worth, and could easily get, double their salaries but there’s a weird loyalty this place has. Or should I say had, before they went through mass layoffs.

Not a lot of career development and advancement.
