Friendly Atmosphere with Generally Good People Work/balance is good.

Cons

Bad Middle Management, so lacks direction on day-day basis. Lack of prospects, no apparent diversity in staff promoted to Middle / Upper Management level. Definitely some Internal politics - strange for a small-ish office/firm.

Absolutely nothing. It was a mistake joining this company.

Cons

Middle management is one of the worse you'd ever work with. They take credit of your work and upper management completely trust them. No appreciation ever, no matter what you do.

Pros

Company is a good size, not too big, so you don't just feel like a number, but big enough so it still has some clout in the market. Certain teams are fun yet professional and the work is varied with new challenges and problems to solve. Generally a friendly place, though with the usual jobsworths you'll find in all companies.

Cons

Occasionally decisions seem like they are made on a whim and with no regard for long term consequences and on the client base. Opaque and unfair annual bonus structure with payments being linked to continued strong growth whilst resources and support remain a constant.
