      Pros

      I enjoy working at Sud Associates because the people are great, we do excellent work, and I think people are well compensated. SA was acquired by RVE in 2022, and RVE is making a lot of positive changes to the organization, while maintaining the business ethos that Sud Associates has cultivated over 40+ years.

      Cons

      I suppose you could say there might be benefits to working for a larger firm, but I quite like the small size of SA.

      Divers staff. Flexible work arrangements. Good Benefits. It is what you make it. No middle-management - shine or shrivel by your deeds. Overall patient leadership.

      It is what you make it. Little team building. High workload.
