      Great opportunities! What this young owner has been able to accomplish in only 3 years is amazing. Can't wait to see what 2014 has to bring and I'm excited to be a part of it all!

      Cons

      With any new company there are going to be growing pains. We have experienced a few in our first 3 years. However, we now have systems in place that are working and are moving us forward to becoming one of the best real estate firms Houston has ever seen!

      Pros

      In my time at Sudhoff Properties there has been an exciting progress of growth and development opportunities. The president of Sudhoff offers an enthusiastic vision for the future and for his employees.

      Cons

      With the explosion of development, the task of finding experienced staff proposes to be a challenge. Sudhoff appears to be making strides to overcome the issues.

      Early stage company hits its stride

      Pros

      This is a great small company with an Incredible business model and significant increasing market share. The company atmosphere and culture have improved dramatically in the past year or so. As a consequence, this tight knit team continues to set records in the Houston real estate community and is now poised to move into other markets as well.

      Cons

      The normal frustrations of working in a small company such as health care costs and modest benefits. It seems that there is still some resentment from some over the amazing success of the company. There is still some residual animosity from former employees who in some cases lived through the difficult earlier days of a small company without a strong executive team. In my opinion, some of the complaints from years ago are valid. Frankly, most of the negativity expressed is overstated.
