Honestly the only time in a 12-yr career that I was proud of the property management product. Great company, great upper management.

Cons

Can be demanding at times and be prepared to hear it if you don't put the effort in.

- fast-paced work environment - opportunity for growth - Certifications (M100 and CMCA) costs are reimbursed

Cons

- there is no work-life balance. had 3+ hour board meetings - no overtime provided for extra work - Your account supervisor and manager assigned to your building ultimately affect how well you like and do your job. If you do not have a good placement, the job is not worth it.
