Pros

Some good people, they pay you.

Cons

Money over people and a serious lack of decent management from the top down. I worked here for two years and was just a joke from day one. People are generally spoken to very poorly or shouted at, false promises, lies and some dirty tricks. It seems like managers/heads/directors don't do any form of people/leadership training and this really shows in the way thins are done. Everybody is too scared to say anything, even to HR. Sooo glad I left. Much happier as a net result.

Pros

Can't think of many at all.

Cons

Don't have the best interests of their staff at heart. Immorally sacked a few people in January, including a youngish lad that had sometime time off before xmas and in the new year as his dad died. I can't even imagine the stress this must have caused him.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry you feel we didn’t have your best interests at heart. The welfare of our staff is our highest priority and as the company has grown over the last five years we have invested in our HR team and our management team to offer support and opportunities to every member of staff across the business. Whilst we cannot comment on individual cases we are continuing to prioritise and develop our support procedures and ensure qualified staff are in place to support employees in any circumstance.

Pros

1 hour for lunch (if you take it!)

Cons

Job insecurity. There is definitely a feeling that continued employment is on the line at every minute of every day and that is the same for long standing employees as well as new employees. Not seeing many newbies recently stay beyond first year, is it jump or push? I am waiting to finish my qualifications and skills training and then I am off! You make up your own mind.
