Really nice colleagues, friendly office

Cons

Training isn’t a priority. Managers constantly in meetings, long serving staff members pushed out the door. Internal systems are very dated.

Not sure there is much to say here.

Cons

Takes on employees with view to develop, then completely flips 180 near end of probationary period without any communication with employees to make improvements.
