      Nice clientele and clean facility, but strict policies hinder perks

      Pros

      Clientele was nice and my books were filled up, some slow days in between but nothing bad. Super clean facility. Product Discount

      Cons

      “Complimentary services” But you’re not allowed to book appointments because they take away from “paying clients” we were never made a priority and it was hard to get our free services. Really corporate policy and will get fired for basically anything. Don’t expect good/a lot hours unless you bring in a lot of clients. It seems like a lot of ageism and favoritism could be happening under the table here.

      Limited room for growth and advancement. The environment is heavily sales-focused, raises are minimal, there are no healthcare benefits, and parking can be difficult due to limited availability

      Pros

      The studio was beautiful and clean. The manager was fantastic!

      Cons

      Training was severely lacking, very little support and involvement of the owners, they only got involved to panic and cause chaos. The managers had all the responsibility and no authority and the sugarist kept losing hourly pay due to the store not performing well.
