Fun industry, fast pace, flexible work schedule/working from home

Poor management, lack of communication across teams, under-paid staff, team members who have positions well above their capabilities, no real "leadership" from owners and no accountability which leads to confused departments and resentful employees who are all held to different standards

Dear former employee, This is an exciting time for Sugarlands as our company is experiencing massive growth from where we started 7 years ago.
