When I joined Sugoi Labs, I already had a working experience of over 4 years. I joined Sugoi Labs to get to a start-up scene, I had worked only in big enterprises earlier was feeling a stagnation in my life, career and most importantly my learnings. I got what I had asked for, may be more. From building smaller features and doing maintenance, I was thrown in to active development from day one. I have got opportunities, responsibilities which I had not even thought of. From being a PHP developer, I am a full-stack MEAN developer, have worked on React, Bots and what not! If learning as a software engineer is your motto, this is your place to be. Home-made food that we get here for lunch is awesomest.

You will need to work really hard, everyone around here is so hard working that you will yourself feel bad if you do not keep up the pace.
