      Pros

      Had an opportunity to advance at my own pace. Two weeks of vacation time a year. My manager supported my education and encouraged me to advance in my career.

      Cons

      Had to be on call frequently on a 24 hour rotation. Many night time Board meetings. Raises were annually and some what small percentage.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and independence. Casual office setting with options for remote work.

      Cons

      Absolutely no department has good leadership. A nnette C.ox is diss oriented, makes issues for buyers and is of no assistance to admin, managment or leadership. M.arcel Sc.heel was extremely hard working and supportive. Bra.ndy Markl.and is difficult to work with. Admin side is very unorganized of low pay and turn over. Constant change and no policies or processes and procedures. No oppurtunity for growth, low increases, bare min health benefits and paid time off.
