Pros
met some great people, but they sadly all quit because of the work environment Gained some useful skills due to the unrealistic workload demands
Cons
I honestly don’t know how this company still operates the way it does. Everything here runs on favoritism — especially if you’re family or a close friend of someone in management. Promotions and raises are dangled like carrots but never actually happen, no matter how hard you work or how long you’ve been there. They will also take and use your ideas and not give you credit. And forget about fair opportunities — they don’t even post open positions half the time; they just hand them to their favorites behind everyone’s backs, and they suddenly disappear when that person finds a new role. When you try to bring up concerns or call out the unfair treatment, they retaliate. You either get pushed out, micromanaged to death, or suddenly “don’t fit the culture” anymore. Meanwhile, certain “special” people are allowed to work from home whenever they want, or get huge company perks while the rest of us are told it’s against company policy. The policies themselves are outdated and applied inconsistently — basically, whatever benefits management’s inner circle gets, the rest don’t. And to make things worse, they openly gossip about employees with other team members or managment... I know because I was in those rooms and heard it happen. It’s unprofessional and honestly disgusting. And let’s talk about the reviews — all those overly positive five-star ones? Completely fake. The company actually encourages or pays for good reviews just to drown out the real ones. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. If you value fairness, honesty, or actual growth, stay far away from this place.
