Pros

I got a chance to work with multiple technologies including Android, iOS, C#/asp.net, it was always very interesting, engaging, offered great learning opportunities and career growth.

Cons

Not too sure what to put here - I worked for SuiteFiles as one of my first roles out of university and am glad I could work for them.

This company has a flexible work environment that allows employees to work from anywhere and have a high degree of autonomy. The lack of pressure and micromanagement is refreshing and allows individuals to thrive in their roles. Additionally, the people at this company are friendly and supportive, creating a positive work atmosphere. Overall, this company offers a great balance between freedom and support for its employees.

Cons

It is clear that this company suffers from a lack of strong leadership. There is a lack of drive to improve and many people seem content with mediocrity. The pace of work is slow and there is little motivation to push for progress. Although people are friendly that's where the culture ends.
